  • Yes. Same-day and rush mobile notary appointments may be available depending on scheduling and location. If you require urgent notarization, please call or text to check availability.

  • Yes. Mobile notary appointments can be arranged at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, homes, or offices. Please ensure the signer has valid identification and is aware and willing to sign the document at the time of notarization.

  • Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET. Limited evening and weekend appointments may be available upon request.

  • All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID that meets Florida notary requirements. Acceptable identification typically includes a driver's license, state identification card, U.S. passport, or other government-issued ID containing a photograph and signature.

  • Yes. Florida law requires every person whose signature is being notarized to personally appear before the notary at the time of notarization.

  • Some documents require witnesses in addition to notarization. It is the signer’s responsibility to confirm whether witnesses are required. If needed, please arrange for witnesses to be present at the appointment.

  • Yes. Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows certain documents to be notarized electronically through a secure audio-video session. The signer must have a valid government-issued ID and access to a computer or smartphone with internet connection.

  • No. Alibi Notary does not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. If you have questions about which document you need or how it should be completed, you should consult an attorney or the document’s issuing agency.

  • Cash, Zelle, and major card payments are accepted at the time of service.
