Travel fees are based on one-way distance from Alibi Notary to the appointment location.

• 11–20 miles: $40
• 21–30 miles: $55
• 31–40 miles: $75
• 41–60 miles: $100

Travel Fee Notice
Travel fees cover the mobile notary’s time and transportation to the appointment location and are separate from notarial act fees required under Florida law.

• After-hours appointments (before 9 AM or after 6 PM): +$25
• Weekend or holiday appointments: +$25
• Same-day / rush service: +$25
• Waiting time beyond 15 minutes: +$15 per 15 minutes
• Additional signer at the same location: +$10 each
• Printing documents (if required): +$15
• Scanbacks (if required): +$25

• Buyer / Seller packages: $125–$175
• Refinance packages: $125–$150
• HELOC: $85–$125
• Reverse Mortgage: $175–$250
• Scanbacks (if required): +$25
• Re-sign due to borrower error: +$50
